About the Position:
Title: Cosplay Guest
Reports To: Event Host
Location: All Cities!
Job Summary:
As a Cosplay Guest for Sexy Nerds, you will play a role in creating a fun and unique atmosphere for our parties and events!
Your responsibilities may include greeting guests, assisting with welcoming them, posing for photos, and more. Your energy, enthusiasm, and appearance in cosplay will provide an exceptional guest experience and also present you with a platform to meet new fans and friends!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet attendees warmly and assist with welcoming attendees at party entrance for a portion of the night.
Work with the Event Host to, ensure party attendees are having a great time at the event and so are you!
Key Qualifications:
Appearing at the party in cosplay! Bringing good energy!
Successful experience in event hosting, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage tasks in an event environment a plus.
Previous experience in event production a plus.
Previous experience as a Sexy Nerds attendee in cosplay a super plus!
Ability to work night and weekend events.
Compensation:
The role offers a small stipend plus drink tickets and free tickets to the event for you and you friends, plus future possible work opportunities!
Working Conditions:
This role involves working unconventional hours, including late evenings and nights, particularly for Sexy Nerds events.
The job requires physical activity, including lifting, carrying, possible equipment or items.
This job requires extended hours during Brooklyn Comic Con weekend, not limited to possibly 10+ hours per day for the weekend.
