Position Summary:

As a Cosplay Guest for Sexy Nerds, you will be part of an exciting, immersive, and engaging event atmosphere for attendees. Cosplay Guests are featured participants who help keep our events high energy with cosplay, dancing, and other participation.

This is a collaborative opportunity designed to benefit Sexy Nerds and participating cosplayers through social media promotion, event perks, and involvement in featured programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement

    • Foster a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment by engaging positively with attendees, cosplayers, and event staff while representing cosplay culture in a friendly and professional manner.

    Welcome Area / Greeter Experience

    • Serve as a featured Door Greeter by welcoming guests, creating a positive arrival experience, and participating in attendee photo opportunities when comfortable.

    Cosplay Programming

    • Participate in the Sexy Nerds Cosplay Runway, group photos, interviews, and promotional content opportunities, showcasing the creativity, talent, and diversity of the cosplay community.

    Social Media & Promotion

    • Participate in collaborative social media opportunities with Sexy Nerds, sharing event content through personal social media channels and promoting availible discount codes.
