Job Summary:

As a Cosplay Guest for Sexy Nerds, you will play an important role in helping create an exciting, immersive, and engaging atmosphere for attendees. Cosplay Guests are featured participants who help keep our events high energy with cosplay, dancing, and other participation.

This is a collaborative opportunity designed to benefit Sexy Nerds and participating cosplayers through social media promotion, event perks, and involvement in featured programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet attendees warmly and assist with wrist banding and ticketing at entry points.

  • Distribute and manage branded merchandise, both complimentary and purchased.

  • Identify and interact with special guests, ensuring they are welcomed and integrated into the event activities.

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of event equipment, ensuring a smooth operation before, during, and after the event.

  • Act as a point of contact for guest inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.

  • Work closely with the Creative Director and other team members to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
