Can i buy a ticket at the door?

We do not do any cash purchases at the door. If there are still availible tickets online, you may buy your ticket on your phone when you arrive.

Is sexy Nerds 21+?

Sexy Nerds event age restrictions vary per region based on age of legality of alcohol consumption. In the USA, all events are 21+.

Can I bring my cosplay prop?

We have a general No Prop Policy at our parties. This includes but is not limited to: lightsabers, foam/plastic/wood prop weapons (such as swords, knives, firearms/blasters), staffs, musical instuments, large fans, etc. This is to ensure everyone can have a safe night on the dancefloor together!

We generally allow “props” such as small hand fans and small glowing acessories/flowtoys. This said, any “prop” is to the jurisdiction of event security.

Is there a dress code?

  • Any bodypaint must be sealed, dry, and non transferable.

  • No roller wear is allowed inside the event. This includes scooters, skateboards, rollerskates, heeleys. etc.

  • Costumes/cosplay with vulgar remarks, imagery, or hate speech/symbols in any language will not be tolerated.

  • No barefeet.

  • State indescent exposure laws stand.

We encourage our guests to wear cosplay but it is absolutely NOT required! Wear what makes you comfortable and confident!

I want a bubble gun, where do i get one?

We have begun selling our iconic bubble guns aside tickets! When you purchase your ticket online, you may include merch along with your purchase. Bubble guns may also be purchased onsite with cashapp.

All Sexy Nerds events are a space for celebration, creativity, and community—and that means safety for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, discrimination, or abuse.

Harassment includes but is not limited to:

  • Offensive verbal comments (related to race, gender, sexual orientation, ability, appearance, etc.)

  • Intimidation, stalking, or following

  • Unwanted physical contact or sexual attention

  • Disruption of programming, events, or other activities

  • Hate symbols, slurs, or cosplay meant to provoke or offend marginalized groups

If you experience or witness harassment report it immediately to onsite Sexy Nerds staff or venue security.

We take all reports seriously. Anyone found harassing others may be removed without refund, and may be banned from future events.

No Discrimination. Period.

Sexy Nerds does not allow discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, ability, appearance, religion, or fandom. Be conscious and respectful: ask first and always respect a person's right to say no. Cosplay is NOT consent. This is an inclusive space, and everyone deserves to enjoy it without fear.
