Sexy Nerdsは、コスプレ歓迎のダンスイベントです。ゲーム、アニメの雰囲気、音楽と人の交流を楽しめます。コスプレしても、しなくても、自由に楽しめます。

Sexy Nerds is a cosplay-friendly dance event with music, gaming, and social energy. Some guests come in costume, others dress casually. Everyone’s welcome to enjoy the vibe.

一人で行っても大丈夫？Is it okay to come alone?

もちろん大丈夫です。一人で来て、会場で友達を作る人も多いです。最初はDiscordで交流するのもおすすめです。

コスプレは必須ですか？Is cosplay required?

いいえ、必須ではありません。コスプレは大歓迎ですが、アニメTシャツや普段着でも問題ありません。自分らしく来てください。

No, cosplay is not required. It’s encouraged, but casual anime fashion or regular clothes are completely fine. Come as you are.

日本語を話せるスタッフはいますか？Will there be Japanese staff or support?

海外チームが運営しますが、日本人スタッフや現地の会場スタッフとも連携しています。案内はできる限り英語と日本語で対応します。

Our core team is international, but we work closely with Japanese venue staff. We provide signs and support in both English and Japanese whenever possible.

これはオタクイベント？クラブイベント？Is this an otaku event or a club event?

両方の要素があります。アニメ、ゲーム、音楽、ファッションなど、自由に楽しめるナイトイベントです。

It’s a mix of both. Sexy Nerds combines anime, gaming, and nightlife in a casual, expressive party environment.

お酒はありますか？飲まなくても大丈夫ですか？Will there be alcohol? Do I need to drink?

はい、バーがあります。ただし、お酒を飲まなくても十分に楽しめます。ノンアルコールの飲み物もあります。

Yes, the venue has a bar. Drinking is optional — many guests enjoy the party without alcohol. Non-alcoholic drinks are available.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Depending on the event’s capacity, cash at the door may be accepted. However, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance to ensure entry.

Do you check ID's at Sexy Nerds?

As with any venue, you must present valid government issued ID to enter the venue in which Sexy Nerds events are being held. Sexy Nerds staff does not handle the checking of ID's, however our host venues do. Our events are held at venues where standard operating procedure is followed for security and ID'ing guests. We are not responsible for any guest who is refused entry for invalid ID!

What kind of music do you play at the events?

Largely our music base is hip hop and dance music. We have a mix of latin, carribean, EDM, pop, 90's and 00's hits, anime and nerd hits and remixes and a few more mixed in. It is rather open format but centers around the party vibes that are iconic in New York City.
